Living organisms are classified in large groups called KINGDOMS. The six kingdoms are: Ancient Bacteria, True Bacteria, Protists (one-celled organisms) and Fungi, Plants, and Animals (many-celled organisms).
The Animal Kingdom is divided in two large groups: Vertebrates and Invertebrates.
The Vertebrates group is divided in 5 groups: fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals.
